How to Book your Party?
please book your event at least 6 weeks in advance!
The sooner the better! We put a lot of love and detail into each event, by booking early you will ensure that we are available on the day of your event, and we'll have enough time to plan and work on your event to make it memorable!
Last minute bookings are subject to availability.
50% Retainer fee is required at the time of booking
With the retainer fee you are locking a specific date and time for your event. The remaining balance is due the day before of the event. Retainer fees are non-refundable.

- Type of package selected or budget for the event.
Please allow us up to 24 - 48 hours to respond.
what comes next?
After we have agreed on date/time/theme, a contract has been signed and the retainer fee has been paid, we'll proceed to design your event. We'll discuss with you other important details, like colors, theme, best time to set up and break down. The day of the party we'll show up at the discussed time and work on your set up. After the party is over, we'll come back at the designated time to take down the set up. ( set up time can last up to 2 hrs up, depending on the services to be provided. Break down is faster! usually takes about 30 min).
